Barry Schwartz is a craftsman. He’s spent years making furniture in Northern California, producing hand woven clothing in Central America, and performing the chef’s duties at a yoga ashram. Barry’s approach to everything he does is holistic, wholesome, innovative and respectful.
     This sensibility is present in every taste of Barry’s Tempeh—hand crafted from the finest locally sourced beans and grains. 
     Barry has perfected his varieties of tempeh after years of cooking in the serenity of a Buddhist temple while conducting workshops on sprouting and microgreens. 
     But he comes from the vibrancy of Brooklyn, and now he’s back. 
     To include Barry’s Tempeh in any recipe is to experience an uncompromising level of quality and taste that can be savored by meat-lover and vegan alike.
